Shipping policy

Orders are hand picked and packaged by the Sweet Robyn's team - we will endeavour to ship orders by the next business day of the order being placed. 

If an order does not arrive within 14 days of ordering, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipments may not be sent on public and bank holidays due to courier closures, but will be sent on the next available business day.  Shipping delays may occur due to public and bank holidays across Northern Ireland, GB and Republic of Ireland when they occur.

For updates on store closures etc, check our Facebook and Instagram pages as that will have our latest updates.

We take every effort to ensure your delicious treats arrive in the way that we sent them.  However, our products are chocolate and if shipped during periods of hot weather, they may soften or melt during transit or after delivery (if left on a doorstep for a period of time during a hot day for example).  We do not accept responsibility or returns if goods are softened/melted after delivery. 

Tip: If your product does soften due to warm weather - place it in the fridge for up to 30 minutes to re-solidify and enjoy!
